TBE is built around useful information, community participation, and a healthy amount of nonsense. These pages explain what we collect, what we expect, what is allowed, and what happens when someone decides to be a jackass.
Most people will never need to read every word. But the rules are here, filed properly, and wearing a tiny legal hat.

Use the site in good faith, submit honest evidence, respect other users, and understand that the rules may be updated as new features — and new forms of nonsense — require them.

Listings, hours, specials, events, features, and other bar details can change quickly. TBE may help you investigate, but you should still check with the bar before driving across town for a taco special, karaoke night, or allegedly legendary patio situation.
Reviews and community submissions reflect user opinions and submitted evidence. The final verdict, as always, belongs to you.
The basic house rules
No threats or harassment
Disagree like an adult, or at least a convincing simulation of one.
No doxing or creepy behavior
Do not post private personal information, stalk people, or turn reviews into revenge missions.
No fake evidence
Don’t game reviews, abuse claims, submit junk, or pretend your cousin’s garage is a cocktail lounge.
